Here's a sneak peak of what I'm working on right now......
This upcoming unit focuses on the Common Core standard NBT.A.1{Count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. In this range, read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral}. I'm really excited about it since this is what I'll teach first in math! Hoping to have it ready to share in detail by the end of next week! Stay tuned......

I'm in LOVE with our brand new movie theater! Last week, my hubs and I went to see Man of Steel & while P is with his g'parents tonight, we are thinking about going again!! Hmmmm....The Heat, The Internship, This Is The End, or World War Z???  Choices, Choices......Any recommendations?

 Have a blessed weekend!

Five for Friday {& New Decor}

Happy Friday, Friends!!
I hope summer is treating y'all well....it's going WAY too fast for me! Slow down, puh-lease!

 Can I get an AMEN?!?!

 Keep Calm and Chevron!
Yep, that's my classroom theme this year...HA!!
 I went back and forth about color choices for next year...I mean back.and.forth.for.a.long.time!!! Finally, I decided on simple primary colors. So many things in my classroom are already red, blue, and yellow....pocket charts, organizers, baskets, etc. that I just decided to go with it. Now if I could only go in my room to get my decorating on. They wax the floors at my school during the summer...so I'm patiently waiting. I promise to post pics as soon as I can!!
If your interested, I posted the packet on TpT <here>. It has over 200 pages of decor, as well as editable pages to customize your word wall cards, supply labels, student names, and more!
It includes:
